Whether you just want to get a little fitter and healthier or are in serious training for elite events such as Ironman, our instructors can help you get the result you want - whether it's to:

You've got two Out:Fit adventures to choose from...

Boot Camp

Combining bodyweight exercises and a variety of outdoor functional kit from battle ropes to tractor tyres, these 60 minute sessions feature a wide range of exercises and training styles to suit all levels of ability and fitness.

Improve your speed, strength and cardiovascular fitness with this classic outdoor course. Suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.

How much it costs

  • Try it out: £6 for a single 60-minute session
  • Don't Forget! Boot camp is now included in Direct Debit / annual membership at £32 per month.


Out:Fit timetable

Rugeley Leisure Centre

Mondays and Wednesdays (Wednesday sessions commencing 26th June)
